A partner in the form of a base or flyer is usually required for hand to hand training so please bring a friend.
Hand to hand is our true acrobatic passion. It refers to the art of doing a handstand on someones hands whether at chest level, overhead, on one arm or dynamically through several ranges of motion.
Complete novice / beginner level coaching through advanced training is available.

Unlike AcroYoga and other modalities, training hand to hand takes time and technique and there is no shortcut to either. It takes time for your body to adapt to carrying a certain load, or to holding a specific body position. It is recommended to do a series of these classes for this reason.
Please make sure it is safe for you to go upside down before beginning but leave the rest up to us. We’ve got countless trust building exercises, strengthening exercises and handstand tips to get you where you need to be.
If you are similar size to your partner you can learn to base, fly and spot but generally the smaller person with the better handstand will be the flyer.
