Nicole Richie’s first AcroYoga Experience!

Everyone knows who Nicole Richie is yes? Quick breakdown: American fashion designer, author, actress and best known for her role on Fox’s, “The Simple Life” with her childhood best friend and socialite Paris Hilton.  For those of you my age and up she is also Lionel Richie’s daughter – Dancing on the ceiling anyone?

Well, now Nicole has her own Reality show on VH1 called Candidly Nicole and thanks to my great friend Ashely Cummings – owner of an amazing and cozy little West Hollywood Yoga studio called Agni Yoga, I had the exciting opportunity to put Nicole upside down for an exclusive television segment called “How to Say Yes!”

Before we started filming, I got the opportunity to put several of the production staff upside down and in the air. It was a new experience for everyone!  It was surprising to me, being so immersed in the acro world how few people have heard of AcroYoga or partner acrobatics. I was touched that even one staff member decided to come to Elegant Acro later that evening since we filmed on a Thursday.

The whole segment was a wild ride and we all had tons of fun!  Take a look at the video below. More fun photos, uploads and more to come over the next several days!!
